Thomasina F. Johnson, also known as T.J., is not only an author, but also a devoted wife and mother of 7 beautiful children whom she refers to as “the bigs & littles”. T.J. is extremely busy running all the kiddos around, yet she still finds time to speak and hold workshops on character building at schools, parenting seminars, book signings and community outreach events.
Due to her continued commitment to growth, and excellence, T.J. has recently begun her pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Life Coaching.
T.J. has been writing since childhood. Her short stories and poems have been her refuge from the troubles of her own life. A pen and paper to her were a means to express any, and all emotions in her life.
Thomasina wrote her first published work in 2000. The story “Mama When Will I be Popular?” is about her own daughters, and the book was written to bring encouragement to her children as they navigate through life. Her second published work was another family motivated project. When she initially wrote “The Bully”, it was to tell the story of her step-son’s struggle with the challenges of being in the middle of two families. Since then, she has written a book about each of her 7 children. (As you can tell by the picture there are a lot of characters in the house.)
